Original vintage General Dynamics poster promoting El Atomo Para La Paz Solar Dynamics by the illustrator, typographer and graphic designer Erik Nitsche (1908-1998). Great illustration featuring multicoloured squares running from dark to faded colours around an oval shaped circle in the middle against a light yellow background, one of six designs used by General Dynamics for the first international Atomic Energy Conference in Geneva held by the United Nations UN - Peaceful Uses of Atomic Energy - in 1955. Large size. Good condition, small restored tears and restored paper losses on margins, restored stain, backed on linen.
