Rare and very large original vintage advertising poster - Take a Kodak with you - featuring the iconic Kodak Girl by the British artist Fred Pegram (Frederick Pegram; 1870-1937). Stunning beach scene viewed from the side of a white cliff with a young lady wearing a striped dress walking down cautiously carrying her Kodak camera in the foreground, a family with children and a dog enjoying the sandy beach and a lady about to photograph horses being led into the sea with people swimming in the distance and another lady wearing a red swimsuit taking a photo of a child carrying a bucket and spade outside a beach hut below the cliff edge, the stylised text below the image border. Lithograph printed by Eyre & Spottiswoode Ltd, H.M. Printers, London. Printed on four sheets, good condition, restored tears and minor loss in image and loss on bottom right corner, backed on linen.
