Mayakovsky 20 Years Of Work Exhibition


Original vintage art advertising poster for an exhibition of 20 years of work by the notable Russian poet, playwright, artist and actor Vladimir Mayakovsky (1893-1930) held at the National Centre of Contemporary Art in Paris from 18 November 1975 to 5 January 1976 - Maiakovski 20 ans de travail Centre National d'Art Contemporain - featuring a great photomontage design by the notable Russian Constructivist artist Alexander Rodchenko (1891-1954) adapted by the renowned Polish graphic artist and photographer Roman Cieslewicz (1930-1996) depicting a black and white image of Mayakovsky looking out to the viewer as three propeller planes fly around a globe of the world above with a horizontal line against the black background and the text on the red border below. Excellent condition.
