Original vintage advertising poster for the Olivetti Lettera 22 typewriter model featuring a great mid-century graphic design depicting colourful curved arches in blue, yellow, red and green connecting type letters of the alphabet above a photograph of a new Olivetti typewriter with the stylised title text below and on the side. The Italian company Olivetti (founded 1908) produced type-writers, calculators and computers; the company employed the best commercial artists and graphic designers to create posters for their marketing campaigns. Design by Giovanni Pintori (1912-1999) an Italian graphic designer known mostly for his advertising work with Olivetti. Good condition, folds, tears, minor staining, creasing, paper loss on bottom edge.
