Original vintage propaganda poster for the post-war US sponsored European Recovery Program (1948) known as the Marshall plan - ERP To Raise and Live Better / Pour S’Elever Et Vivre Mieux. Great design by Alfredo Lalia (b.1907) depicting a pulley marked ERP with flags on the cables of countries that participated in the Marshall Plan. This design received the 3rd Prize in the Intra-European Cooperation for a Better Standard of Living poster competition on the theme of cooperation and economic recovery that was held in Europe for the Marshall Plan. Printed by Mouton, The Hague. Excellent condition, minor creasing on margin.
