Original vintage Soviet film poster for the Russian release of the award winning 1955 British historic drama Richard III based on the 1593 play by William Shakespeare (1564-1616), directed by Laurence Olivier (1907-1989) and starring Laurence Olivier in the title role, Cedric Hardwicke and Nicholas Hannen. Striking dark illustration depicting an unstable gold crown above the film title and a dagger dripping with blood in front of castle bricks in shades of grey, the credit text above. Very good condition, some creases, rips and light staining on margin.
