Original vintage railway travel poster - Autumn in Nagoya Japan - featuring a stunning image of the historic and culturally significant Nagoya Castle located in the Meijo Park in Nagoya in central Japan framed by autumn leaves against a colourful orange background with the Japanese text above and on the side in white lettering, the main keep in shades of grey topped by the two golden shachi creatures with tiger heads and fish tails (from Japanese mythology to control the rain and protect the building from fires), a male kinshachi on the north side and female kinshachi on the south side. Very good condition, minor creasing, minor staining, backed on linen.
