Original vintage World War Two poster - Aid the Wounded Red Army Day February 23 donations to Joint Committee for Soviet Aid under the Patronage of H.E. The Soviet Ambassador (registered under the War Charities Act 1940). Issued by the Joint Committee for Soviet Aid during WWII this rare poster features an iconic image of a Soviet soldier wearing a helmet with a red star on it over his bandaged face with the text below, the artwork composed out of dots by the notable graphic designer Frederic Henri Kay Henrion (1914-1990). Very good condition, minor repaired tears, pinholes.
